Religion says, “God is in Control!” Faith says, “Satan is the god of this world! Resist him steadfast in the faith!”

​Religion will say God is in control of everything so whatever may happen in your life was permitted by God.
This comes of a man-made doctrine that says, “God is sovereign”.
This implies that nothing can happen unless God either does it or permits it.
This strips you of your God given authority to rule and reign in life.
Religion doesn't even acknowledge the devil at all. For God does the good and the bad. God may use the devil from time to time to get His mysterious will to come to pass. However, the devil cannot do anything useless God permits it.
BUT, faith understands that Satan is the god of this world. Faith understands that we are in a spiritual battle against principalities, powers, rulers of darkness, and spiritual hosts in the spiritual realm (Ephesians 6:10-18). Faith girds the soul with truth, and puts on the truths of righteousness, faith, love, salvation and praying in the spirit. Faith knows that the evil day comes to all of us therefore faith is ready and equipped to deal with the devil and overcome him at every turn.
