For this reason, many are weak, sick, and die early deaths

1 Corinthians 11:29-30 For he who eats and drinks in an unworthy manner eats and drinks judgment to himself, not discerning the Lord's body. 30 For this reason, many are weak and sick among you, and many sleep.

​On the cross, God placed the sins of the whole world on Jesus. Jesus bore your sins for your entire lifetime. He bore them ONCE and FOR ALL. Therefore Jesus’ blood forever justifies you before God. Jesus’ blood was placed on the Mercy Seat in heaven. It is also placed on your heart as a witness. Jesus’ blood forever testifies before God that your sins have been paid for in full. Therefore God is just in forgiving you. He will never judge you for your sins. Jesus’ blood cleanses your conscience from sin. You take the communion, which is to remind us of what took place on the cross, in an unworthy manner by counting your sins against you. You listen to Satan’s accusations against you. You count yourself unworthy of God. You do not discern that Jesus bore your sins, paid your debt for sin in full, and then justified you before God. You do not understand what righteousness by faith means. Therefore Satan afflicts you with weakness, sickness, and early death. If you understood the truth of what took place on the cross you would stand firm on the Rock of your redemption and Satan would leave you. Satan cannot prevail against the believer who understands their redemption in Christ.
