Religion says, “Nothing can happen unless God permits it!” Faith says, “Put on the whole armor of God so that you can stand against the wiles of the devil!”

Religion will say God is in control of everything so whatever may happen in your life was permitted by God.

This comes of a man-made doctrine that says, “God is sovereign”. This implies that nothing can happen unless God either does it or permits it. This strips you of your God given authority to rule and reign in life. Religion blinds you so that you will not equip yourself with the word of God.
​Religion deceives you so that you do not understand the value of the word of God. It leaves you powerless and naked before a very cruel and evil enemy called the devil.
Faith understands that Satan is the god of this world. Faith understands that we are in a spiritual battle against principalities, powers, rulers of darkness, and spiritual hosts in the spiritual realm. Faith girds the soul with truth, and puts one the truths of righteousness, the gospel, faith, salvation and praying in the spirit. Faith knows that the evil day comes to all of us therefore faith is ready and equipped to deal with the devil and overcome him at every turn.
