![]() Religion lives by sight and not by faith. It lets someone’s experiences dictate what is truth. It does not know the difference between a fact and the truth. It may be a fact that brother "so-and-so" died an early death, but that does not change the word of God which is the truth. Faith has settled it in his heart that God’s word is the truth and it does not change. No matter what happens in someone’s life, the word of God is forever settled and it does not change. The truth that Jesus bore your sins on the cross will save every human being on this earth if they believe it. The truth that Jesus bore your judgment for sin will heal every human being on this earth if they believe it. If you are going to use this argument then you would have to say, “Brother 'so-and-so' committed a sin, so that proves it’s not always God’s will to forgive!” No! At the cross God made provision for man’s sin. So if a person sins, provision has already been made to forgive them. In the same way God made provision for man’s sicknesses/diseases at the cross. So if a person gets sick, provision has already been made to heal them of their sickness/disease. You simply possess your forgiveness and you’re healing with your faith.
