The words that I speak are spirit and they are life.

Jesus is God and every word that came out of His mouth was spiritual truth. Jesus made this statement after He said to eat His body and drink His blood. He was saying that the truth of what would take place on the cross would give you eternal life. These truths would also be a solid Rock you could stand on while you live on this earth. God’s word is alive and powerful. God’s word has power to move a mountain, calm the ocean, multiply food, walk on water, and it makes all things possible to those who will believe it. The answer to life is to know God. You know Him by spending time with Him. He is the source of life, wisdom, health, provision, peace, etc. Everything you could ever wish for is found in God. I encourage you to make time every day to spend with your God. Get to know Him. His door is always open and you can boldly walk into His throne room and commune with Him. His blood on your heart give you access to Him anytime you desire to talk with Him
